Well, not sure what this proves. Went 4 weeks without losing weight and then ate at a lower deficit for a week and lost. Maybe it proves the "refeed" topic I posted about earlier. Now I have to decide if I stick with the 500 deficit or adjust further. Either way, very happy.
So I decided to add something to the side of my blog here that keeps track of some "milestones" including how many miles I've walked, how many pounds I've lifted and (of course) how much weight I've lost.
