Tuesday ended up not being so great after the Monday that I had… first of all, my body really hurt after my circuit training on Monday so I didn’t get up and go to the gym. I chose to rest a bit. I think that I am going to go to the gym Monday, Wednesday and Friday for now until I get a bit more used to doing this again, then I will start hitting all 6 days.
On top of that, for some reason I was STARVING, even though I didn’t exercise. It seems when I skip going to the gym, I actually feel more hungry then when I go and burn a bunch of calories. It doesn’t make sense to me, but it is something I will have to keep my eye on.
So Tuesday was just not the best day when it came to these goals… and my body is so incredibly sore that I don’t know when I will get back to the gym. I may take this week to rest, but if I do, I really shouldn’t be eating so poorly… and yet here I am.
If only we could do this every day without bumps in the road, it would make things so much easier!
