Sunday was just about the perfect way to wrap up the rest of the weekend… weakly. I didn’t get my steps in, I didn’t really try to get my steps in (I did try for about 30 minutes plus walking around the store shopping, but…), I didn’t try to eat well, and I sort of just let it all flop. But I plan on tomorrow being a new day, a new beginning, a new outlook. I need to start getting a lot of things right in my head and in my life and that is entirely up to me.
I did enjoy a birthday dinner for my father-in-law with some delicious pizza and cake and ice cream. Spent some time laughing and having a good time before heading home to relax and hit the hay. So it wasn’t all a bad weekend… just bad decisions and choices and things on my end.
Here’s hoping I can change that…
