Not going into detail, but it wasn’t the best weekend which was completely my fault and due to my choices. You always have to remember that we are the choices we make. And when we make those choices, we need to live with them. That doesn’t mean that we can’t push through and find strength in ourselves and others even though we’ve made bad choices.

Friday was probably the best day of the week as far as work goes. I had a training and then was able to get quite a bit of work done. I also got a few extra things on my plate that I’m excited to actually do. It was also good at the gym as a set a new PR for regular Olympic bar deadlifts at 425 pounds.  It is still amazing the difference in gripping that bar versus the trap bar.  Food wasn’t good this day at all.

Saturday was just a lazy day but I was able to get all of my steps in although I didn17’t go and run nor did I go to the gym. That is something that I need to change. Unfortunately, the rec center here shut down for construction so I either have to purchase a membership somewhere or drive/take the train to work to go to the gym there. Regardless, I need to do something on Saturday other than be lazy.
