Thursday was another crazy, busy day. There is a lot happening at work and I feel like I almost did nothing this week! We send out weekly PPP (Progress, Plan and Problems) reports and I swear it was like… “I was in meetings!” and that was about it.
As far as exercise went, I decided to do some back and shoulders. I tried – again – to do a little overhead pressing and it just wasn’t going to happen. So I did a couple things that were a little easier. I did a circuit that was back, shoulders, back shoulders and then called it good. I am still quite sore from everything else, and with the craziness at work I decided to get in a little early. I only got a break for lunch but I did get over 10,000 steps regardless. I did what I could!
It felt good sort of getting back into the full body workout. I am hoping being able to do this more will make it so I can heal my feet completely. There’s an NFL player who got plantar fasciitis and he isn’t better after a few weeks either, with all their training staff. So I don’t feel too bad.
