Here’s the recap for week 15 of my Project 7×52!

Exercise: A
I did get some great exercise in this week, exercising all 6 days and getting plenty of active time on my day off.

Steps: A
I got over 10,000 steps all seven days this week and totaled 91,906 for the week which is an average of 13,129 steps per day.

250+ Steps Per Hour: B+
I once again averaged just over 10 hours per day with 250+ steps this week.  Feet are still being feet, but at least I am not letting it hold me back.  Most of this past week’s lack of hourly steps was due to meetings and other work-related things.

Food Tracking: B-
My food tracking wasn’t the best.  I did great for the week but the weekend threw me as it often does.  It didn’t do too much damage, but I need to try to figure out how to reign it in when I have so much free time.
