Ugh, okay… slightly annoyed. Posted this and for some reason it went completely blank. So I am just going to sum it up a bit more. Wednesday was a super stressful day which I don’t want to get into. If I still drank, probably would have had plenty. But talked to my wife instead and things were ok… til Thursday. I exercised, ran for the first time in a while outside instead of trying things on the treadmill and all went well. Food was good, walking and such was good and everything else just worked out.
Except the stress…
Oh well, on to another day!
