So I made an effort to run today and it wasn’t too terrible. In fact, I feel that I started off fairly well and could have run more instead of doing my alternating run/walk method, but I didn’t want to push it. By the time I got to mile four or so, my left heel was begging me to stop, so I did. Well, I kept walking, but I didn’t run any further. Once I got home, I iced it, massaged it and did what I could to take care of it.

After that, I worked from home because I had an appointment early in the afternoon, had no meetings at work and figured I’d not worry about the commute and just get stuff done. Friday is often tough to do if there isn’t anything for me to analyze because I don’t have data from yesterday’s work that went out until next week. Oh the life of data being delayed…

Anyway, not much else exciting happened on Friday, but that is fine. I am not the most exciting person and I don’t expect a lot of excitement most of the time. I like to just chill.
