Here’s the recap for week 10 of my Project 7×52!  I can take a planned “failure” 🙂

Exercise: F
I am going to still be honest with my score for the week even though I chose to take it off when it comes to exercise.  I did have 3 days where I walked enough to consider it a day of exercise, but that was it.  I otherwise just relaxed and tried to get my feet right.

Steps: F
I got over 10,000 steps only one day and totaled 47,870‬ for the week (over 60,000 fewer steps than the previous week) which is an average of 6,839 steps per day.   Once again, I knew that I wouldn’t be getting a lot of steps so I don’t feel bad about it.

250+ Steps Per Hour: F
I averaged just under six hours per day with 250+ steps this week.  Not surprisingly, it was pretty low compared to the norm.

Food Tracking: A-
My food tracking was on point for the entire week and I really didn’t take advantage of anything despite wanting to just pig out.  I ate what I planned, tracked it all and – despite going over a little on my birthday – had a relatively good week.
