Here’s the recap for week 10 of my Project 7×52! I can take a planned “failure” 🙂
Exercise: F
I am going to still be honest with my score for the week even though I chose to take it off when it comes to exercise. I did have 3 days where I walked enough to consider it a day of exercise, but that was it. I otherwise just relaxed and tried to get my feet right.
Steps: F
I got over 10,000 steps only one day and totaled 47,870 for the week (over 60,000 fewer steps than the previous week) which is an average of 6,839 steps per day. Once again, I knew that I wouldn’t be getting a lot of steps so I don’t feel bad about it.
250+ Steps Per Hour: F
I averaged just under six hours per day with 250+ steps this week. Not surprisingly, it was pretty low compared to the norm.
Food Tracking: A-
My food tracking was on point for the entire week and I really didn’t take advantage of anything despite wanting to just pig out. I ate what I planned, tracked it all and – despite going over a little on my birthday – had a relatively good week.
Overall grade:
Its not a failure if it is according to a plan…even if it is an adapted plan 🙂
