So I just have to write off this entire weekend.  I was weak, I gave in, I knew I was doing it the whole time and I have no excuse other than “I wanted to” do it.  I tried to exercise, but didn’t really try to eat right at all.  I did okay on Saturday, but Sunday was a whole different story again.  I just ate terribly and kept on doing it.  My weight is up, my attitude is down, and my feet still hurt.

The good news is that I still made an effort to get my 10,000 steps even though it was my rest day and my feet hurt.  I got 250+ steps every hour that I was awake and still had my mind set on doing SOME thing right, just not everything.  I really can’t wait until Tuesday so I can get back into the structure of work and everything.  Not that it should be an excuse…

I guess in the grand scheme of things, I am still doing okay.  I haven’t had alcohol, I am still trying to get my exercise and steps in, but I am just not doing well on my food.  But food is really where things take a turn for me, so I need to figure out how to reign it in when things don’t go as planned.
