Here’s the recap for week 7 of my Project 7×52!
Exercised all 7 days though my running seems to be worse than before. I am sure it is being impacted by the fact that I am not able to lift. I am probably – unfortunately – losing some muscle as this is all happening. But I can get it back.
I got over 10,000 steps every day and totaled 111,384 for the week (almost 9,000 more steps than the previous week) which is an average of 15,912 steps per day. I knew this would go up since I was no longer on the bike.
250+ Steps Per Hour: A
I averaged just 12 hours per day with 250+ steps this week. This is probably one of my best weeks and it was honestly because I wasn’t in nearly as many meetings as I usually am.
Food Tracking: B+
I sort of had an extra Free Day this week, though there was really only one day when I was close to what MyFitnessPal said I could eat. Friday I enjoyed the pizza buffet with some co-workers and Saturday I enjoyed my usual date night plus a dessert. I am docking myself a bit because it is impossible to track what I ate on the buffet other than an educated guess, but I can tell you that the scale is not disappointed in my decision 🙂
