I’ve been eating a rather delicious chicken, spinach and Italian meatball casserole. I’ve had no major problems other than finding out I was eating 800 or so calories extra every other day. But I decided I wanted to switch from beef meatballs to turkey meatballs to save a few more calories. I did that after finally finding some turkey meatballs (Walmart sucks) and tried it today. I wasn’t impressed. I know that ground turkey and ground beef have different textures, but this was such a strange transition. It’s definitely going to take some getting used to.
Other than the strange texture of turkey meatballs, the day was fine. Took me most of the day getting to 10,000 steps but I got there and I did a bit on the bike so I can finish my Lazy Triathlon early this week. Slept fairly well through the night, enjoyed my food and enjoyed relaxing.
I do now wonder what turkey balls taste like…
