Here’s the recap for week 6 of my Project 7×52!

Exercise: A
Exercised all 7 days this week and felt pretty good about it although my running is lacking a little.  I am sure that has to do with my should as you DO use your arms to run more than you may think.

Steps: A
I got over 10,000 steps every day and totaled 102,945 for the week (almost 9,000 more steps than the previous week) which is an average of 14,706 steps per day.  I was able to get my step count back up even though I have been spending a lot of time on the stationary bike which really doesn’t count steps.  So hopefully that will continue to go up as this triathlon ends.

250+ Steps Per Hour: A
I averaged just over 11 hours per day with 250+ steps this week.  I could have done a bit better on Friday but I still averaged my goal at the very least which is what I am shooting for.  I gotta figure out how to pick it up a little bit, without sacrificing sleep.

Food Tracking: A
I did abuse my Free Day just a little bit, but not too bad.  I only had some coffee, popcorn, dinner and some oatmeal for dessert.  It wasn’t over my calories by any means, but I probably didn’t need the popcorn and/or oatmeal.  But I think I did really well this week when it comes to calories, and the scale agrees with me for the most part.
