Friday. The day which there’s a beginning and an end. The end of the work week (for the average American I suppose, many work weekends) and the beginning of the weekend. Only one day of exercise left and my one and only rest day. Lots of good things can happen. But also bad things, like abusing my Free Day. Which I totally want to do this weekend.

I was able to eat well (the scale continues to go the right direction since I figured out the issue with my low carb days) and get a nice run in, get plenty of steps and enjoy the quiet of the day.

Nothing too exciting happened really. Had plenty of iced coffee and water, ate ally planned food, watched some television and enjoyed my day.

The only issue really was that my left shoulder has started acting up. I’m not sure if it’s the same hooked acromion issue as my right shoulder or if it’s because I’m using my left arm more, but if it is still bugging on Tuesday, I’m going to bring it up at my appointment. Maybe this means an additional surgery…
