Here is why Utah is Utah. Tuesday it was over 100° and Wednesday it was in the high 80’s with rain and clouds. And it is supposed to be similar to that for a week or so. I won’t complain about how it is now. But welcome to Utah!
I was finally able to get all 14 hours of 250+ steps yesterday so that is a bonus. I did a little extra on the bike so I could get my Lazy Triathlon over with a bit quicker. And then nothing else really exciting happened. I drank my coffee and water, I ate my food as planned and I went to bed. Ooh, excitement. I went to bed a little later than usual because I forgot some clothes in the dryer. But I slept great and really didn’t want to get up this morning.
Other than that, business as usual. I really can’t wait to stop using this sling and hope that I am able to do it after Tuesday’s check up with the surgeon. I am also going to a “regular” doctor for a yearly wellness check that I always avoid. I am going to focus on my blood pressure because I have always been high in the hypertension area and I want to know if I should start taking something for it. I also may do a sleep test to see if I need a CPAP. Look at me, trying to live longer and stuff.
