(Sorry for the delay in posting)
Its been a while, General Tso’s. And it’s good to be back.
Since today was my Free Day, my wife decided to take me to a Chinese buffet. It was something I’ve been craving and it was quite tasty. Normally I probably would have had five plates stuffed with food and two plates of dessert, but tonight I ate until I was full, not stuffed. I had three plates NOT full of food, I had one plate with some dessert (including fruit) and I did my best to track everything. I think I did alright.
Before hitting up the buffet, we went to the movie Yesterday. I enjoy all types of music and The Beatles are no exception. It was a fun movie with some great music, but not a blockbuster.
For exercise today, I did a five mile run which ended up being a two mile run and three miles of walking and jogging. My legs were definitely done for the week.
I finished up my Saturday with one of the things I hate most in the world… yard work. But I did some. The rose bush won. But I am only bleeding out of a few holes so I guess it could have been worse.
Tomorrow is my active rest day and we’re having family dinner for my brother-in-law. Should be a nice, calm day.

All you can eat buffets are the hardest things to control…
I agree, it can be tough, but that’s why I wanted to test myself. Worked out well 🙂
Excellent 🙂
