Here’s the recap for week 2 of my Project 7×52! And it was nearly a perfect week.
I exercised all 7 days without any issues. While there were problems (such as the rec center not being open, being sore, etc.) I still found a way to do more than just walk. It is nice to know I can push myself with things get in the way. That’s part of the problem I’ve had.
I got over 10,000 steps every day and totaled 110,862 for the week (an increase of over 15,000 steps overall) which is an average of 15,837 steps. As I figured from last week, this went up. Not sure where we’ll sit at the end of this coming week, but that’s half the fun.
250+ Steps Per Hour: A
I averaged over 11 hours per day with 250+ steps. There were a few times where I just got too distracted or it could have possibly been higher, but there are also the times I sleep and I prefer that over walking when I can.
Food Tracking: A
Another great week of tracking. Stayed under my calories every day, ate what I had planned and chose some of the “healthier” options when eating out. I did have some carrot cake and also my free day on Saturday, but everything worked out.
