I figured that I may as well do a weekly recap and grade myself on how I feel I did the previous week. This isn’t the place for me to chastise myself, but to hold myself accountable and realize that I won’t always be perfect, but I’ll always be trying.
I exercised all 7 days but Wednesday was more of an active rest day. My plan was to only have an active rest day on Sunday, but I had the issue with cutting out caffeine. Hopefully that won’t be a problem going forward.
I got over 10,000 steps every day and totaled 95,403 for the week which is an average of 13,033 steps. This will probably go up as time goes on since I had a couple extra days off.
250+ Steps Per Hour: B
Unfortunately, I averaged only 10 hours per day with 250+ steps. This again had a lot to do with having time off. Hopefully I can get up to my goal of averaging 11 hours per day.
Food Tracking: A
I can’t get much better than what I did this week. I tracked everything I ate (even the Ritz cracker with blue cheese) and stayed within my calories. There were even times that I ate fewer than I had planned.
