No, I am not confused that thinking July is the new January or I’ve gone back in time or into the future…

It is just that I have made a decision.  I am going to start a project that I am calling Project 7×52 where I spend the next year (or 52 weeks) working as hard as I possibly can to better myself.  I won’t spend time going into detail here (you can read it in the link) but just be prepared to see at least 365 posts from me over the next year starting July 1st.

To start it off, as mentioned in my Project page, I will not be trying to jump in where I left off.  I am going to pretend like I am starting over.  I will essentially begin by walking/jogging to start until I get to the point where I feel I can add in more.  Sure, I have been lifting off and on lately, but I feel that starting like I am brand new to it all will help prevent overdoing it.

Hopefully cutting it up into smaller chunks instead of the entire year won’t make it seem so daunting.  And hopefully spending the next year doing this will make it easier to continue going forward.
