Okay, not really. It’s just a regular old Sunday. Grocery shopping, Game of Thrones and relaxing. I didn’t do anything particularly exciting.
Probably the most exciting thing of the day was finding a new workout. I know, I know. I just started doing a workout not too long ago. But you know what they say, variety is the spice of life!
What I found is called HIIT 100s. It is essentially high intensity interval training (HIIT) where you do 100 reps of each exercise with minimal rest. It is meant to keep your heart rate up while also pumping some iron.
I’ll probably spend the next week or two finding my 10 rep max and then start the program the first part of June.

Argh!! 100 reps of anything in a row sounds like hell!!
Aside from that new workouts are always good 😀
I am sure it will be hell indeed! The first week you do 10×10 with 60 seconds rest between sets. Then week 2 you reduce it to 50 seconds… all the way down to doing 100 reps in a row by week 6.
Aargh!!!
