So I am one who is really, really good at excuses. And I have a few. I completely forgot that I promised my wife I’d take her to one of our favorite places for dinner tonight since they are closed on Sunday’s… so I will not be starting my fast. On top of that, I’ll be traveling down to see my daughter graduate and spend some time down there and there are Navajo tacos and fry bread. And I can’t pass up on that stuff. So I will start this whole fasting-low-carb-keto-or-whatever after I get back in early June from all of that. That doesn’t mean I won’t be trying to be healthy! I just won’t be doing my plan until then.
Darn delicious food…
And this is why I am an advocate of no fixed plan and just general healthy eating and moderation…
now if only I could take my own advice…..
For me, it is a great way to maintain but I always have a lot of trouble losing weight when doing the moderation thing. So I figure I will do what I need to do to lose weight, because I am good at maintaining when I get to my goal!
Honestly i am terrible at moderation.
I hate that I can’t do it because it seems so sensible…but I am really all the food or strict control!
