So I actually was so busy today that I forgot to send my weight lifting stats to myself or prep this post at work. Oh well, I’ll just have to amend the post tomorrow.

Today was another crazy day. I decided to walk (1.8 miles) to the train like I sometimes do. Upon arriving, everything was hunky-dory… until the train suddenly stopped halfway between two cities. I had my headphones in so initially did t hear what was going on. Only after I saw guys running around outside did I ask. Apparently, the train I was on had died and we had to wait for another to come along and push us the rest of the way. Suffice-it-to-say, it took too long and put the whole day in a damper.

I did successfully make it to the gym (someday I’ll complain about some of the guys who go to the gym) and get to work, went out for a team lunch and had a chicken sandwich and got a lot done. This evening I helped my wife with yard-sale stuff (another long story) and relaxed.

While I was at lunch, I was getting cramps in my arms and legs so I think tomorrow is going to be a legit rest day. I’ll walk to and from the train, walk at work but no gym. It just would have been a cardio day anyway.
