I have given up trying to find the perfect app for lifting.  I had thought that I had, only to find that it decided to delete all of my information despite having it backed up to my google account.  So I am sticking with good old-fashioned paper and pen in the gym, and excel for storing and charting.  It will take time to perfect the way I do it, but at least I know it is something that I can keep and control.  Perhaps I’ll even take this issue as a sign to learn to create apps!  I don’t know how many people would want to use the exact, specific app I would create, but it never hurts to try.

Below you can see the exercises I did for this morning’s circuit training routine.  As I mentioned before, things were still being perfected and I decided to split the exercises into different body parts instead of doing full-body every day.  So today was chest/back, Tuesday will be legs (in a 5×5 format), Wednesday will be biceps/triceps, Thursday will be cardio/plyometrics, Friday will be chest/shoulders and Saturday will be my running medley.

I had a pretty good day today, not a lot of stress at work (compared the the last couple of weeks) and it was nice to get home and relax.  I already had over 11,000 steps before I left work and am still working on my food intake as it is the biggest issue.  But I am bound and determined to change myself!  And keep myself changed!
