So I notice that a lot of my posts are some of the same things again and again, day after day. That doesn’t mean that nothing happens in my life, it just means that when it comes to “relevancy” in the exercise world… there isn’t a lot of different things happening.
I tend to wake up, exercise (or not), go to work, eat the same type of meals, walk a lot at work, exercise after work (or not) and then go to bed. I don’t do crazy things like hike in the mountains or scuba dive or walk across 3 cities (oh wait…) nor do I eat crafty and amazing food. My life is just my life.
So I was thinking that maybe I would change my blog to a once-a-week thing instead of daily. Maybe it won’t make me as accountable, maybe it will make people forget about me and stop reading my blog, or maybe it will make my blogs that much more interesting. I can still post random things that aren’t about what I did that day or week… I could still post recipes, interesting workouts, whatever. And it might even make it easier to do that because I won’t have to worry so much about what I did that day, just can type whatever I want.
I don’t know… maybe the few people who actually read this can give me their thoughts on if I should keep it a daily thing or change it to weekly.
