I’ve been putting a lot of stress on my body lately. Lots of running, walking and other exercises, eating at a deficit and just abusing it in a good way. So this weekend I decided to take it easy.
I still got steps in. The contest at work is still happening and while I can’t compete with the marathoner, 2nd place is still up in the air. But I didn’t go running, didn’t do a whole lot of extra walking, didn’t worry quite as much about what I ate.
The good thing is, I didn’t do too terrible even though I “wasn’t keeping track” of everything I did. I guess that is good, proving this is all a lifestyle change and not just a diet or temporary thing.
We took the kids to a movie and lunch, then had our date and went to eMotion. Friday was a secret day so I can’t go into it. But it was awesome.
But you can expect the abuse to be back on Sunday. Got something big planned.
