There are many things bad about winter.  One of them that effects men who enjoy growing some facial hair is the frozen ‘stache syndrome.  You go outside, breath through your nose a few times, and voila!  Icicles hanging from your face.  Then you get to feel it melting and water on your face and the feeling of a runny nose which really isn’t there.

Why does having a ‘stache have to be so difficult?

This is also a topic about how miserably cold it already is where I live.  I still went outside on both of my breaks and my lunch, but it was not nearly as enjoyable as it should have been.  Not that walking is the most exciting thing, but at least I can think about other things other than how cold certain body parts are when it isn’t 30 degrees or so.

Other than freezing every time I went outside it wasn’t too shabby of a day.  Got a good workout in, got lots of steps in and ate some yummy food.  Got to spend time with my wife and half the kids (though one is in trouble) and just can’t really complain about anything.

But I will anyway!
