Well, certainly not what I expected after all the work I’ve need the past month. I have been documenting and calculating my calories and wearing my bodymedia that is supposed to be the most accurate calorie burning measurement device you can have. Not sure what I’ll do now. I’ve been averaging a 1400 calorie deficit per day over the past month so should have lost close to 3 pounds per week on average.
Guess it’s back to the drawing board. At least I didn’t go up, right?
