So I have no really good excuses as to why I haven’t kept track of what’s been going on the past week or so.  It’s sort of a combination of the back issue, laziness, the gym being closed and whatever else I can come up with.  I haven’t eaten really well the past few days… in fact, I haven’t eaten really well all month.  With some birthday dinners and going to Vegas and other activities I’ve been a bit bad lately when it comes to eating.  But I plan on getting right back on track today.

So forgive me that this post is uninformative and short.  I’m wiping the slate clean and moving forward.  I sure as hell know I don’t want to move backwards.
