So I decided to add something to the side of my blog here that keeps track of some “milestones” including how many miles I’ve walked, how many pounds I’ve lifted and (of course) how much weight I’ve lost.  I may add other things to it, but we’ll see.  It sure involves a lot of math!  I’m sure it’s not 100% accurate either, considering I don’t add in how much I walk on my breaks and everything else, let alone when I switch from one weight to another (I take the low weight to estimate low) but it is a nice thing to see.  So far to date I’ve walked 198.31 miles and lifted 357,325 pounds!  Pretty awesome stuff.
