So I am weighing today because I will be camping right after I get off of work, and it ain’t good!  I am chalking it up to the fact that I normally sleep in on Saturday (when I weigh) and I am up 4 hours earlier so I haven’t been able to void my system.  I honestly do not believe that I have eaten an extra 5,000 or so calories this week to gain 1.4 pounds.  But I’m documenting it anyway!  Discouraging to say the least, but I won’t let it get me too down.  If next Saturday shows the same results, then I will go into panic mode.

And while I’m at it, I know the scale is evil and I should go off of measurements and stuff, but I still weigh weekly. Until I get to a weight where I can look at my body and have a hard time finding where the fat is, the scale is still going to move.  I will continue to measure occasionally and take my BF% as well, but the scale stays!
