So today was a memorable day for me as I became a victim when someone used my credit card information.  I have no idea how they got it as I rarely type my number into any system, and those I do type into are generally trustworthy, but it happened.  Maybe it was one of those “I am going to try random numbers until I get one” things.  But luckily my credit union was on the ball and declined everything, gave me a call and I am being sent new information.  Guess it’s not bad to go 32 years before this happens, though I’d rather it never happen.

And yeah… who needs Taco Bell and their waffle tacos, I can make my own!  Make sure you check out the recipe… because it sounds delicious.  Lots of people never understood the hype behind chicken and waffles, but I did.  I love that stuff!  And this has to be delicious as well.

Normal day as far as everything else goes.  Had a good calorie burn and good meals, got some good weight lifting in and even found a shirt from my high school at a local thrift store.  What a small (and crazy) world we live in.

Meals:

Breakfast – Oatmeal with dark chocolate
Snack – Yogurt and string cheese
Lunch – Tostadas
Dinner – Stuffed Zucchini
Dessert – Protein shake with Cracklin’ Oat Bran

Exercise:

Stronglifts 5×5
Squats – 200 lbs
Overhead Press – 110 lbs
Deadlifts – 205 lbs

10×3 Lifts
Shrugs (60 lbs/hand), side raises (30/25 lbs/hand), trap raises (30/25 lbs/hand), lat pulldowns (110 lbs), V raises (25 lbs/hand), shoulder press (35 lbs/hand), crunches (50) and step ups/step downs (80)
