What a Friday. Work was crazy as Friday always is, then I immediately had to go and get my tattoo finished, put in my stronglifts workout as fast as I could, eat dinner in 2 minutes and go to a party. The good news is that I did great with my calories even without working out as much as I normally do.

Meals:

Breakfast – Oatmeal with dark chocolate
Snack – Strawberry banana yogurt, rice crackers and string cheese
Lunch – Turkey chili
Dinner – Baked chicken and green beans
Dessert/snack – Snickers ice cream bar and a protein shake with Cracklin’ Oat Bran

Exercise:

An hour of walking at work

Stronglifts 5×5
Squats – 190 lbs
Overhead Press – 110 lbs
Deadlift – 195 lbs
