2 cups of your favorite ice cream
1 and 1/2 cups of self rising flour**

Scoop out 2 cups of ice cream and soften however you choose.  Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Grease and/or flour a bread pan. Mix the ice cream and flour together in a bowl until combined. Pour into bread pan and smooth it out so it looks even. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Bread will be thin compared to “normal” bread.  I am going to attempt to double the recipe to see if I can get a more “normal” thickness to the bread.  But I made some cookie dough bread last night and it was delicious!

**To make your own self-rising flour, add 1 1/2 tsp of baking powder and 1/4 tsp of salt per cup of all purpose (or whole wheat) flour.  So for this recipe, 2 1/4 tsp of baking powder and about 1/3 tsp of salt.
