Well, I’m not sure what it is that I ate today but it has me feeling not-so-good. What’s strange is everyone else ate the same stuff. Hopefully it’s nothing serious. I don’t wanna lose weight on the toilet.
Had a good day lifting and walking, burned a lot of extra calories on my feet and had some yummy food. I like this version of me: the one who eats “real” food but does it moderately and keeps track. Salads are good, veggies are good, but gimme some chicken nuggets!
Breakfast – Oatmeal with dark chocolate
Snacks – Strawberry banana yogurt and string cheese
Lunch – Beef fajita
Dinner – Chicken nuggets and fries
Dessert – Ice cream bread and a protein shake with Cracklin’ Oat Bran
One hour of walking at work
Squats – 185 lbs
Bench press – 130 lbs
Barbell rows – 130 lbs
Shrugs (55 lbs), front lat raises (25/20/20 lbs), trap raises (65 lbs), lat pulldowns (110/110/100 lbs), V raises (30/25/25 lbs), shoulder press (40/40/35 lbs), crunches (40) and step-up/step-downs (70)
Someone stole the jump rope out of the stretching room and I couldn’t find another, so I figure some step workout works just as well… if not better
