Well, another big week! And I don’t feel nearly as bad about it since I’ve been strength training as well. I’ll take it! It also proves that when I don’t do “extra” exercises such as walking at work every day that I can still lose a lot of weight. I did do some moving around this week, but not quite as much as usual. Good to know!
This weekend is going to be filled with food and fun so hopefully I can keep it under control, but hey… I deserve it and I have a week to make up for it.
