Had another busy but wonderful day.  Took the kids to see Epic and had some popcorn, went to the gym for day 2 of lifting this week and then went to an Orem Owlz baseball game (minor league team for the Angels) which was followed up with fireworks.  I ate quite well today and – once again – was very under my calories.  But I’m just not hungry.  I know part of it is because I wake up a little later and just kind of chill when I don’t have to work.  But it’s all good.  I had a good time with the kids (even though they drive me crazy) and had a good time with my wife.

Going to the ballpark is quite tempting.  The kids in front of us had these footlong hotdogs that looked delicious, and I weeped a little as each of them threw about half of it away.  I wonder how many calories are in those things?  Then my wife pointed out the “stick thin” mother who was wolfing down fries and hotdogs.  Why couldn’t we be so lucky?

Breakfast – Turkey wraps
Snack – Popcorn
Lunch – Enchilada bake
Dinner – Shepherd’s Pie
Dessert – Protein shake with almonds

Deadlift – 175

Shrugs (50 lbs), lat raises (20 lbs), front raises (35 lbs), lat pulldown (100/110 lbs), V raises (25 lbs), shoulder press (35 lbs), crunches (25) and jumpring rope (110)
