Well, as usual I weighed myself six times and moved the scale around just to make sure, and every time it was the same. Maybe I need to increase (yet again) what I eat. I currently shoot for a 1500 calorie deficit. Maybe need to bump it to 1000. Also going to measure and maybe take pictures just to see. But yay for losses!
Also, I’ve now lost over 50 pounds since I started. Booya!
