Well, as usual I weighed myself six times and moved the scale around just to make sure, and every time it was the same. Maybe I need to increase (yet again) what I eat. I currently shoot for a 1500 calorie deficit. Maybe need to bump it to 1000. Also going to measure and maybe take pictures just to see. But yay for losses!
Also, I’ve now lost over 50 pounds since I started. Booya!
soooo…yes a loss is a loss but why are you upset about a healthy amount? losing 10+ a week will lead to the yo yo effect…just curious
well, it depends on who you ask if 5 pounds in a week is a healthy amount. I just want to try to lose between 1 and 3 pounds a week just so my skin doesn’t stay all stretchy and stuff. I know that I am a lot bigger so losing 5 pounds in a huge deal, I just want to try to do it the right way I guess 🙂
