Another very sore day. Skipped tabata and came up with a good schedule starting next week to do it. Had a nice, easy day at the gym and even a lovely walk in the rain with my wife.

Meals:

Breakfast – Oatmeal with dark chocolate and a turkey frank omelet
Snacks- Pickles, yogurt and string cheese
Lunch – Turkey burger and onion rings
Dinner – Baked Chicken chimichangas
Dessert – Protein shake with cracklin’ oat bran and almonds

Exercise:

An hour of walking at work

3.57 miles in an hour

20 minute walk
