Not much to tell. Shopping day, lunch date day, going through closet day. Got rid of a lot of big clothes. That is good, right?

Meals:

Breakfast – Two turkey wraps
Lunch – Hot dog with no bun and combo pizza
Dinner – Mama Mary’s pizza
Dessert – Protein shaker with Cracklin’ Oat Bran

Exercise:

18 minutes of tabata
Nice 30 minute walk
