I am so glad that it is Friday.  That means that I run tonight and tomorrow is the official “rest day” for us.  It is also the official weigh-in day which makes me nervous (as I’ve said in previous posts) since I have adjusted how much I am eating.  I guess we’ll see what happens.  Even if I gain or maintain, I am not going to go changing just yet.  I’m sure my body has to adjust from 5,000 calories per day to 2,000 calories per day and finally to what I am doing now.  I’ll give it some time no matter what happens.

Meals were mostly boring today as I didn’t have time to make my omelet and I ran out of snacks for the week already.  So there’s a lot of turkey wraps going on… not that I mind, I find them delicious, but the tortillas are insanely expensive!  I look at the ingredients versus normal “whole wheat” tortillas and I like them much better, but they are about twice the price if not more.  But it’s okay, all for my good health, right?
