Wonderful day today! It was nice to get back into doing tabata this morning. I’ve never been able to tell if I feel ‘more energetic’ throughout the day because of it, but it was nice to do. Had nice walks during work with my Bromantic partner and a great workout with my lovely wife. Also got to eat taco salads… the white man version of Navajo Tacos.
I changed things up a tiny bit today and did my C25K followed by biking. I am not sure if I am going to keep doing this or not as it seemed to hurt my knees, but was nice to do as a change of pace. Oh, also made a delicious peanut butter pie that I cannot wait to eat tomorrow. It sounds delicious and is quite healthy for a pie.
