I posted this last night, my wife saw me do it!

Good old Sunday.  The day of shopping, the day of rest, the day before the workweek starts.  Had a good one both food-wise and just in general.  It seems I don’t eat much on the weekends (usually skip snacks) so that means I can eat a little bit “unhealthier” and still be under my calories.  I’ve also deemed Sunday as “pizza day” whenever we don’t have family dinner.  So we had pizza.  Instead of going through the hassle of making our own dough, we are going with Mama Mary’s whole wheat dough.  It is pretty low in calories, good enough and easy.

Tomorrow we are back at it in full swing including Tabata.  My tattoo and sore elbow won’t hold me back this week!  I’ll take it easy on the elbow as I don’t want to make it worse, I just need to be working out.

Meals:

Breakfast – Two turkey wraps
Lunch – Costco hot dog with half bun
Dinner – Whole wheat homemade pizza
Dessert – Protein shake with walnuts and Cracklin’ Oat Bran

Exercise:

Shopping and we went on a roughly 1.5 mile walk today in the cool evening
