So I skipped tabata again today.  But for a better reason!  The fireworks started very late and then trying to get out of the area with all the traffic made it more difficult.  By the time we got home and got everyone in bed, I didn’t want to get up less than 5 hours later.  But we’re back on track with starting on Sunday.  Hopefully by then all my body parts are working as normal.

I’m nervous about weighing tomorrow.  I’ve been eating closer to what I “should” be eating so I am scared I am going to weigh the same or even more.  It’s probably not going to happen, but knowing my luck…

Tonight’s dinner was an experiment and it was okay, but I think we’re going to stick with Parmesan chicken instead of this stuff.  There wasn’t a whole lot of flavor and almonds have a LOT of calories in it when you’re making a chicken coating.  It was good, though.  Always nice to try new things.  Don’t try the chicken muffin recipe I posted though unless you’re brave.  I hated it.


Breakfast – 2 egg and 1 egg white turkey omelet and a turkey tortilla wrap
Snacks – Caramel Spice Cake yogurt and string cheese
Lunch – Green Bean Spaghetti
Dinner – Almond Chicken Nuggets and salad
Dessert – Chocolate protein shake with dark chocolate chips


Walked for an hour during breaks/lunch
C25K – 4.35 miles in 63 minutes
