So I just keep falling apart. Out of the blue today my shoulder started hurting anytime I raised it above shoulder level. So now I have two gimpy arms. And I think a blister on my foot. What a pain. Didn’t swim, didn’t do water aerobics. Feel like a woose.

Meals:

Post-workout – Turkey wrap
Breakfast – Turkey omelet
Snack – Caramel spice cake yogurt and string cheese
Lunch – Dottie’s casserole and some pizza tortillas
Snack – Pickle and fudgie brownie
Dinner – Chile rellano
Dessert – Protein shake with almonds

Exercise:

18 minutes of tabata
Walking for an hour during breaks and lunch and 20 minutes this afternoon
3.49 miles walking on the treadmill
