(I am forgetting to post these each night… this is for 7/1/13)
Today was another great day. My elbow feels a little better but is still sore. This will (hopefully) be the last week that I don’t lift or do anything with my arms. Since the pool is closed most of this week due to the 4th of July, I should be able to recover fairly well. If not, I will listen to my body and not use my arm a lot until it is healed. Just needs to happen fast!
Tabata this morning was good though I don’t know if I worked as hard as I did last week. I felt tired, burned some calories, but wasn’t out of breath through the whole thing. May have to revise the exercises I do just to make sure I am pushing myself since that is the point of the exercise. The gym was nice but my wife didn’t feel well so I had to go it alone. Hopefully she feels better tomorrow. I like doing all of this with her 🙂

Snacks – Caramel Spice Cake yogurt and string cheese

Dessert – Protein shake with peanut butter and almonds
