Well, I was able to survive today even with my elbow pain, but it has gotten a little worse.  I think I have “tennis elbow” though I’ve never had it before.  My guess is that it probably started when I was chopping wood on the camping trip.  It is recommended that I take it easy for 2-3 weeks to let it heal.  I can’t not workout for 2-3 weeks!  I am not sure what to do.  I guess if it gets too bad I will have to do what is recommended.

Didn’t get to swim much or do any water aerobics today as someone screwed up at the pool and turned the heat off, so it was a frigid 75 degrees.  Not in the mood to shiver the entire time so we came home.  That’s okay though.  I am still getting lots of working out in.

Meals:

Post-workout – Low carb/High fiber turkey wrap
Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with a turkey frank
Snack – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake and cheese sticks
Lunch – Meatloaf wraps and salad
Dinner – Steak, mashed cauliflower and corn
Dessert/snack – Chocolate peanut butter and almond protein shake
