So I can’t seem to win. I lose weight, I take it “easy” last week because of my back (which feels quite a bit better though not perfect) and my elbow starts acting up. Just out of the blue! I was going to go shopping yesterday and my elbow hurts anytime I bend it or straighten it. Oh well… I did the 30 Day Shred this morning and will be hitting the gym tonight including starting Stronglifts 5×5 again. My elbow was fine this morning so I assume when I am strength training it will be okay. If not, I guess I’ll change things up.
Elbow felt fine while working out, but still hurts when not… so maybe I need to work out all the time! Glad it doesn’t hold me back, at least.
Meals:
Post-workout – High Fiber wrap with turkey
Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with turkey
Snack – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake yogurt and string cheese
Lunch – Low carb pizza
Dinner – Meatloaf and salad
Dessert/snack – Protein shake with almonds and chocolate chip cookies
