Man, my back hurts today. It’s hurt for a few days, but today is the first time it’s been painful to even walk. I don’t know if I should take a rest or what. I certainly don’t want to, so I am going to push through as best I can. Friday and Saturday we are going camping so I won’t be doing these stressful workouts, just sleeping on an air-mattress and hiking. So hopefully that bit of rest will get me through. If not, I may be taking more time off from the gym and Jillian.
So I decided that I would take a bit of a break from weight lifting this week. I am already going to miss Friday because we’re going camping, and I need to give my back a rest, so I figured I would skip this week and just do my C25K training with some cardio and the 30 Day Shred. We also went swimming today which included some Aqua Zumba so it’s not like I was lazy.
Post-workout – Peanut butter in a whole wheat wrap with a few dark chocolate chips
Breakfast – 2 egg omelet with turkey
Snack – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake yogurt with some string cheese
Lunch – Spinach Lasagna
Dinner – Parmesan Chicken with salad and ranch dressing
Dessert/snack – Chocolate protein shake with peanut butter and almonds

Leisurely swimming and Aqua Zumba
