Father’s day was full of temptations galore, but I was able to hold back. Had a big brunch and a big dinner and very few snacks. Did some working out and had a wonderful day. Just miss my two little girls who are off camping.

Meals:

Brunch – Hamburger with ham and bacon and egg on wheat toast with a salad and ranch.
Snack – Fudgie Brownie and a chicken spinach muffin
Dinner – Spinach lasagna and garlic almond green beans
Dessert – Whipped peanut butter treat
