**LATE POST**

Today was a lazy day for the most part along with date night so not a lot of working out going on, but I still was able to stay under my calorie goal.  I even enjoyed some BBQ and frozen yogurt and went and saw the new Superman movie (which was awesome!)  Took the kids to Seven Peaks and got sunburned along with some swimming.

Meals:

Breakfast – 4 egg-white omelet with turkey
Snack – Carbmaster Caramel Spice Cake yogurt
Lunch – 3 carb balance wheat wraps with some Cream Southern Chicken
Snack – Zucchini Chips
Dinner – Dickey’s BBQ (turkey, green beans, jalapeno beans, roll)
Dessert – Red Velvet Cake frozen yogurt with almonds
